Man Sells Car Parts, Choosing Beggar Guilt Trips, Gets Rejected

Man, oh man, this brief interaction with a choosing beggar is rife with clueless entitlement. The choosing beggar thinks that they won't have to pay the inevitable, required exchange rate on an item if they use an American Express card. Um, that is not how it works, buddy. And then after they get served up a nice reality check, they try to come back around and hustle the seller again. Naturally, that didn't work out at all.
